Hi, I'm a 22 year old software engineer living in the bay area.

My love for coding started during the COVID-19 pandemic. I had a raspberry pi laying around, so I decided to put it to use. I created different projects with it and became fascinated with the idea that I was able to make things work through code. But more importantly, I found that it could solve all kinds of problems big and small.

But I've never been able to pinpoint my tech interests to one specific area; so many of them fascinate me: Cloud Computing, Mobile Applications, AI Agents & MCP, Robotics, etc. Maybe it's because I'm eager to learn more about tech and continue to network my way around, or because of the various classes I took at UIUC that made me interested in the various fields.

Cloud computing in particular is fascinating: the idea of hosting a server in some remote location, then running protocols and functionality within that server, which can be accessed from anywhere (until you set inbound/outbound rules of course), is crazy.

I'm currently a Mobile Software Engineer @ TikTok, and the best part about it is testing their product. As an engineer in their e-commerce division, I'm learning not just about creating and maintaining features, but how to drive sales through user behavior and feature points.
